(probably best if you could re-download it, just in case previous one got corrupted somehow)If that still didn't work, I'd try uninstalling corsair link again, uninstall it from device manager then restart PC then try installing Corsair link again. And if that still doesn't work, yeah probably best to contact corsair support and see if they can help you. Have you tried looking inside device manager? It should look something like. I tried changing the port the fan header was connected in to the cpu header.that didn't do anything.I tired swapping the usb header to a different slot.
