I did that and it showed up at the same place as in the image (your link), then i uninstalled it and then i scanned for hardware changes. It then showed up under 'Other Devices' as H100i v2. It says it does not have the drivers it needs. Song 009 sound system with a spirit download for laptop. Cant seem to find them online either.?That's weird.

Have you tried reinstalling Corsair link? (probably best if you could re-download it, just in case previous one got corrupted somehow)If that still didn't work, I'd try uninstalling corsair link again, uninstall it from device manager then restart PC then try installing Corsair link again. And if that still doesn't work, yeah probably best to contact corsair support and see if they can help you. Have you tried looking inside device manager? It should look something like. If there isnt any, and it shows unknown device or something, you could try uninstalling the device and then click on 'scan for hardware changes'.I did that and it showed up at the same place as in the image (your link), then i uninstalled it and then i scanned for hardware changes. I tried changing the port the fan header was connected in to the cpu header.that didn't do anything.I tired swapping the usb header to a different slot. And that didn't work.If i try and change fan speed in the bios it only changes pump speed and not fan speed.I've looked in other threads and i saw you had to go into the registry and edit a filebut when i looked in the registry the files were not the same as in the thread (I'm assuming this is because the op was on windows 8.1)build-cpu: i5 6600kcooler: corsair h80igpu: msi gtx 1060 3gbmobo: asus b150 pro gaming. Are you on the H80i or the H80i V2?
